Determining Delivery Days
The delivery of your drinking water is scheduled on one of our regular delivery routes as determined by your
geographic location. The links below opens up a PDF of your area's delivery route calendar as well
as additional contact information for your locality This calendar is your guide for your delivery day. To find your delivery day, note the ROUTE NUMBER
(11 through 30) in the lower right corner of the page. One number indicates one delivery per four week
period. Two numbers indicate bi-weekly deliveries. Now, find the corresponding number(s) under the
calendar dates for each month. This indicates the day(s) of the month on which your delivery will be
made. As you can see, for your convenience, we carefully schedule our delivery routes to establish a
uniform pattern.
Holidays
Please Note: Holidays will advance your delivery day.
Holidays are shown on the calendar in bold numbers with the word “SKIP” where the route number would appear.
If your delivery day would normally be on the holiday, we automatically advance your delivery day to the next
working day.
On Your Delivery Day
Empty bottles should be left in a pre-determined location. Please call us with this information so that we may
list it on your delivery invoice.
Off-Route Delivery
If you will be out of town or miss your delivery day for any reason, please call the office to arrange an
off-route delivery. Off-Route Deliveries are subject to delivery charge.
Payments
Payments may be made either to the driver at the time of delivery or by mail. So that we may properly
credit your account, please note the invoice and account number on your check or money order. Payments
are due 30 days from date of invoice. Visa and MasterCard accepted. Questions
